FAQ

Orders will be sent 1-3 days after placement. Made to order sizes are 1-2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are packaged carefully and safely. Please send all product inquiries before placing your order. No exchanges or refunds are available. 

Resizing

Some rings can be resized up a size. Please email or reach out before placing your order.  

Repairs

In the event that your order is damaged while in transit, please contact within 7 days of receiving it. If your piece should ever need repair, please contact me I'd be happy to fix it!
